Registration is for the conference only.
Lodging, travel & meals are the responsibility of each individual church or those attending.
Fee must accompany registration.
You can register online with a credit card through Pay Pal or by mailing a check along
with the form to:

Please only register the total you have attending.
As long as space is available you can continue to add additional registrations.
Refunds will not be issued.
Once registration is received, confirmation will be sent to the contact person via email.
Wristbands will be picked up at the event beginning two hours prior to the time doors open.
Pre-ordered T-shirts will be picked up at the time of registration.
T-shirts will be available for sale at the event but in a very limited quantity.
